Office Hours
The School office is ordinarily open from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Indian Standard Time, excluding declared holidays and such other days as the School may notify from time to time.
Payment and Refund Queries
Queries concerning fee payments made through the Portal, including requests for reversal of duplicate or failed transactions, shall be directed, in writing, to the contact particulars set out above. Such queries ought to be accompanied by the transaction reference number, date of transaction, and the name and admission number of the student concerned. The process applicable to such queries is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Grievance Redressal
Grievances relating to the services rendered through the Portal shall ordinarily be acknowledged within seven (7) working days of receipt, and resolved within a reasonable period thereafter, in accordance with the policies of the School and applicable law.
